No, to qualify for an M.Tech biotech you need to have either a B. Tech degree or an M.SC. degree. A B.Sc. degree alone will not fetch you an M.Tech in biotech.

Yes, you can apply for government jobs. You can apply for ranger or forest officer after completing B.Sc in forestry.

First of all, if you are passionate in Photography, then do a full time degree or Diploma course from a well-known and reputed college. Secondly, the options available for you are DCOP Delhi and NIP,Delhi. Many other options are still there, but these two are having some great teachers.
