Hi,
B.Sc followed by M.Sc for those who want to make career in academic domain. B.Tech, is an engineering degree course. We know science is the foundation for technological growth. Technology leads to modern civilization. So, I think comparison between the two for searching better one is unlikely. Yes, till now B.Tech has betterjob prospects.

Hi Farah,
All are good fields you may choose any one of them, but in my suggestion go for law because it provides you great job opportunities and great exposure in your life. There is a huge demand in the field of law in coming years in India.
All the best.
