An Indian nurse has to successfully complete the bridging program or the adaptation program in US. The CRNE/CPNRE and NCLEX RN are some of the licensure exams that an Indian nurse need to pass before becoming a nurse in Canada or US. Also, the English language should be excellent.

After B.Sc you can't do M.Tech but you can get admission in B.Tech 2nd year. For M.Tech you have to complete M.Sc and than will have to give GATE as entrance for M.Tech.

There is no such course, until and unless you know your interests and know what you want. Similarly, there is no course leading to PR. If you are talking about registration in nursing, you must clear a licensing exam. This will depend on your skills and knowledge and not a particular course.
