Yes, you can pursue B.Tech in biotechnology. You cannot pursue B.Sc in biotechnology because you didn't opt for biology in HSC.

You should go for PGDM with marketing and HR as a specialization. You should not go for hospital management as it will lead to sectoral specified. But, with other subject you will have the opportunity to go for wide range of placement offers.

The eligibility criteria to pursue B.Ed is graduation degree in any subject. You are eligible to get admission in B.Ed. You are advised to look at detailed eligibility criterion of targeted institutes where you want to do B.Ed.

No, but few universities can test your knowledge for your eligibility. Normal qualification for the course is 50% in class 12th with biology. The eligibility for admission can differ from university to university.

You can go for it. It is a good choice and a wise decision. If you are comfortable with sales, you can take marketing as a specialization with HR or IBM as it will fetch you opportunities to do wonders in corporate.
