If you want to stick to your field, you can choose MBA (Systems). The difference would be the pay package after MBA.

After B.Sc nursing, you can go for higher education i.e., M.Sc (Nursing). There are numerous nursing institutes in India that offer students with an assortment of nursing courses like:
1. Educators.
2. General nursing and midwifery (GNM).
3. Hospital nursing.
4. Orthopedic nursing.
5. Psychiatric nursing.
Also, you can choose to go for other short term courses like M.Sc in biotechnology, M.Sc in neuroscience, M.Sc clinical research, M.Sc medical sociology, etc. or even opt for MBA in pharmaceutical management or hospital management.
