Hi,
Yes, you can get enrolled for M.Sc microbiology as the eligibility criteria is - a candidate should have done B.Sc any stream of science such as botany, zoology, chemistry, physiology and microbiology with 55% of marks from a recognised board.

General :- 90.33
OBC :- 85
ST:- 81.33
SC :- closed
PWD :- 58
KM :- 80.33

If you want to go for M.Sc in microbiology or molecular biology then go for B.Sc in zoology rather botany because in microbiology and molecular biology as there is a great scope.

You have to fill first round of counseling to be eligible for second round. If you didn't fill for first round, then you are not eligible for second round.
