With 96%, it might not be possible in 1st cut-off but may be you will get admission in 2nd or 3rd cutoff if seats are available.

Yes, you can get enrolled for M.Sc microbiology as the eligibility criteria is - a candidate should have done B.Sc any stream of science such as botany, zoology, chemistry, physiology and microbiology with 55% of marks from a recognised board.
