Yes, you can join software field after completion of your B.Tech in biotechnology.
There are many MNCs that need talent. If you have enough talent you will definitely become a part of any software company.
For this you just have to search the right job for you. I will also advise you to choose in advance your field in software. Some of the fields of software company are programming, development, testing and mainframe.
If you want to join any MNCs, then I suggest that you to sharpen your C and C++ knowledge because they are very important from the point of view of interviews/Written test.

Yes, you can do it in Russia and Ukraine. There will be no entrance exam, but in USA UK, there will be entrance exam for MBBS. I will not recommend you to do MBBS there, because you have already done B-Tech, and the duration for MBBS is 6 years in foreign. And, after doing MBBS abroad, you need to give final exam in India whose pass rate is very less.

After your board exams you have to appear for the JEE examination. You should have PCM or PCB as your core subjects and should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in your boards to qualify for the JEE exams. After you appear for the JEE, selection for bio-technology is done on merit basis.
