Yes, you can do B.Ed after B.Tech. Candidates are required to have a degree from a recognised college with a minimum of 50% marks.

Hello Arathi Krishna, yes there are plenty of good post graduate Diploma courses available in Canada and plenty of Indian students go there every year for studies.
