You first have to clear JEE Mains, with a good percentile. If you're from outside Delhi quota and aiming for computer engineering then as good as 99.5 percentile. You can have advantage if you have Delhi quota. All the best.

Eligibility criteria for B.Tech courses at Rajasthan University Applicants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 55 percent marks from a recognised school or board. The duration of the course is 3 to 5 years. The total Tuition Fee for Bachelor of Technology courses is INR 3.38 Lacs. Rajasthan University was established in the year of 1977. Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech course must have passed 10+2 examination in relevant field.
Selection to B.Tech is done on the basis of JEE Main score followed by Online Counseling conducted by NIFTEM.
Closing cutt off rank is around 65728.

No Eligibility criteria. Mostly they took admissions on JEE Mains rank and also sometimes first come first serve basis. You just need to have fill the form and given +2 exam and JEE exam (whether qualified or not ). Its more than enough.

If you clear that you can clear JEE advance then go for IIT's without any other thought. Any there are many prestigious engineering colleges that give admission based on JEE Mains

It depends on your state of domicile and how much financial backing you have .
In state level colleges, you may get CSE with this percentile, with home state quota.
Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) , has decent govt colleges at Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur etc and it also gives admission on the basis of JEE Main. Here 15% seats are for outside candidates. Even 90 percentile in JEE main can fetch you a seat there.
Similarly admission to GGSIP University, Delhi, is by your JEE Main rank. Here there are 3 -4 decent colleges, USICT, MSIT, MAIT etc. Fee is much less, when compared to other private colleges. Your entire B Tech course fe
