Yes you are eligible but you have to give the entrance exam for SSN after the cutofff you will be eligible, Eligibility Physics Chemistry Maths 75% marks in 12th Board Exam with minimum 50 % in every subject
second thing is that if you have appeared for JEE Mains and have more than 80 percentile then you are offered direct admission for SSN.

Yes, anyone can get admission in Chandigarh University but the only criteria is that one should have scored above 60 percentile in 12th boards. CU offers
1- Accreditation and ranking, CU has been accredited NAAC A+ ranking and ranked 64th in the Management category in NIRF.
2-Placement, more than 200+ companies visits every year. Average package for student is around 5lakh and the highest package offered is 14 Lacs. CU holds a place in Limca Books of Records for higgest number of companies visiting for campus placement in single academics year.
3- MBA faculty at Chandigarh University are mostly Ph.D. holders and have more than 10 years

Hello Megha, yes many universities allow engineering graduates to seek admission for M.A. Course in English or other languages or subjects of Humanities. But then it depends on the university. In view of this I would like to advise you to download the brochure or visit the website of the university under which you intend to do your a M.A. In English.
