B.Tech Eligibility

Eligibility criteria B.E. / B.Tech - Bhajarang Engineering College - The candidate must pass in 10+2 examinations or equivalent with subjects from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing a minimum aggregate of 50% aggregate of 45% marks in case of reserved candidates.

Entrance Test: Admission is by the performance in Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) conducted by Government of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent entrance test conducted by Centralized Agencies (like IIT-JEE Main etc.)
Minimum Age Requirement: Student shall be minimum 17 years of age at the time of admission.

Eligibility criteria for taking admission to B.E. / B.Tech at Siliguri Institute of Technology (SIT)

According to educational qualification, candidates are required to pass 10+2 with a minimum of 45 per cent marks (40 per cent for reserved categories) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects.

Admissions through WBJEE or JEE Main: Admission into the institute is primarily based on the WBJEE or JEE Main scores. The candidates need to appear for one of these entrance exams to get shortlisted for the counselling process.

Age Restriction: Candidates must be at least 17 years old by 31st December during the year in which they seek admission.

Depending on the institute's policy, other requirements may be applicable.

Candidatures, on the other hand, should have qualified and passed Kerala State Engineering Entrance Exam (KEAM) besides possessing a valid score in the entrance exam. For VJEC B.E. / B.Tech, eligibility criteria include completing Class 12 higher secondary with PCM, that is, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects scoring at least the minimum qualifying marks in such class examination.

Once eligible, candidates can apply through KEAM for governmental seats or through management quota as the respective organisation invites the applications. The process of application includes an online form submission, fee, and necessary documents that comprise academic certificates, ID proof, and KEAM rank card, among others.

Eligibility criteria for B.E./B.Tech programmes by Apollo Engineering College are the same as those set by Anna University. The applicants should pass the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2), with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subjects. General students require a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in these subjects, but relaxation is done based on Tamil Nadu government norms prescribed for the reserved categories. Admissions are done through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counselling, which takes into consideration the performance of candidates in the qualifying examination. However, for management quota admissions, some institutions may require aptitude tests or interviews.

To be eligible for the admission in BTech programme at Siddharth Institute of Engineering and Technology (SIETK) you need to meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Eligibility: An Individual must have to pass class 12th with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry as compulsory subjects 
• Minimum Marks: An Individual must have to score a minimum aggregate percentage of 50 in the qualification examination 
• Entrance Exam: An Individual must need to appear for the EAMCET (Engineering, Agriculture, Medical and common entrance test)  which is conducted by the state of Andhra Pradesh as only these obtained scores will be considered at the time of admission

• Entrance Exam: An Individual must have to appear for MHT CET (Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test)or JEE Mains as the entrance exam as the scores in these entrance exam will be considered for admission
