Keeping previous year cut-off as a reference you can apply in KEA. Since you belong to a lateral entry, you'll be offered 150 credits for 3 years to get your B.Tech.

COEP is perhaps one of the best engineering colleges from the government site in the state of Maharashtra, accepts students for normal first year via MHT CET and also accepts students for lateral admissions after Diploma directly into the second year. You will need to visit the webpage of the Directorate of technical education of the Maharashtra government for a link through which you have to register yourself for lateral admission. In the state of Maharashtra there is no examination and admissions are based on the marks scored in the Diploma exam. Best wishes to you for your admission in COEP.

I think, you'll be eligible for electronics and communication and other branches. CSE will be tough to get, but you should go for the counseling you may get a chance as there are CSE related other branches here too.
