B.Tech Placement

The Lucknow Institute of Technology has quite effective placements for its B.Tech course in Computer Science and engineering. The placement percentage is 70-90%. For instance, big companies like TCS, Wipro, and Amazon hired several students. The highest package a student got recently is about INR 12 LPA, while the average package is about INR 6 LPA. The placement cell organises several workshops and guest lectures to prepare the students for interviews, improving their chances of being placed. 

Pondicherry University has seen consistent placement opportunities for its B.Tech graduates, with varied outcomes depending on the department and specialization. Recent data indicates that the median package offered to students is around INR 6.5 LPA for the latest graduating batch, marking an increase from the INR 4.3 LPA in the previous year. Moreover, the university has maintained strong placement numbers through partnerships with government and private companies, providing students with opportunities in fields like IT and engineering. Graduates are typically recruited by companies such as ONGC, BHEL, ISRO, and Indian Railways.

Placements for B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at S.A. Engineering College are generally promising, with a focus on preparing students for roles in cutting-edge industries. The college has strong industry links and a dedicated placement cell, providing students with various internship and job opportunities. Graduates from this programme can secure positions such as Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Analysts, and AI Specialists, thanks to their comprehensive training in both core and advanced AI, data science, and machine learning techniques.

As per the ADBU Engineering NIRF report 2024, the median package offered during BTech placements 2023 stood at INR 1.92 LPA. Further, a total of 32 students were placed, and 4 students opted for higher studies out of a total 150 students. For ECS, the specific placement rate isn't yet available as it is a relatively new program, but top companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, and Accenture regularly recruit students.
