The placement at MIT school of bioengineering sciences and research are decent. According to 2023 data almost 80-90 percent students got placed, which is a good ratio. The highest package offered here was around 7.25 LPA and average was 4.5 lpa. The figures are not too good but cannot be said bad. The students may get a good return on their fees invested if they work hard. In the year 2022, the highest package was around 9lpa. It was lesser this year. Seeing the fees structure, the packages are decent. The final choice should be made overseeing all other factors also like internship, infrastructure, faculties, campus life etc.

The training and placement department of the university conducts Atmiya University placement drive. It ensure students are offered maximum placement opportunities and also trains them. Seminars, workshops, mock interviews etc. are conducted at regular intervals to prepare students for Atmiya University placements. The training and placement department provide summer internships to students who are not in final year of their programmes. Some of the recruiters that regularly participate in Atmiya University placements are hire students are Bajaj, Jaro Education, Axis Bank, BJYU'S. Big Bazar, Capgemini etc.

Shanmugha Arts Science Technology and Research Academy (SASTRA) is a deemed university.It offers 4 years B.Tech course (8 semesters) and 5 years integrated M.Tech course (10 semesters). The admission is strictly based on merit and it follows two methods:
1. 70% of seats are filled based on JEE Main score - 25% and normalised 12th mark - 75%
For example: JEE Main score is 185 and normalised 12th score is 95% then the score of the student is (0.25×185) + (0.75×95) = 117.5
2. 30% of seats are filled based on normalised aggregate 12th mark or its equivalent marks.
