DTU offers BTech which is a UG level programme of 4 year. This course is offered in 18 specialisations. The highest package offered for this course was INR 184 LPA in year 2022 and INR 82.05 LPA in year 2023. The average package offered was INR 24 LPA and INR 25.22 LPA in year 2022 and 2023 respectively. In total 1455 and 1499 students got placed in these years respectively.
