 According to your question, you are completing the Diploma in computer Science and you asked for admission to Bhu University so you are eligible for admission to Bhu University.

Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) does not admit students to its B.Tech programs through CUET-UG. Instead, admissions are conducted through the AMUEEE (AMU Engineering Entrance Examination). 

AMU offers B.Tech in the following specializations:

• Chemical Engineering

• Civil Engineering

• Computer Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Electronics Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

• Petrochemical Engineering

• Food Technology

Currently, AMU does not offer B.Tech in Data Science. 

There are two ways to get admission in IIIT Hyderabad.

1) Through Jee Mains result 

(Closing open  Rank less than 2500.)

2) Through UGEE entrance exam. 

PSG College of Technology (PSG Tech) generally has good placement records, placements for the student of course B.Tech Biotechnology, might be slightly less competitive compared to other engineering disciplines like Mechanical, ECE, EEE, CS, and IT. However, the college actively supports placements and offers training to enhance skills. The average package for B.Tech Biotechnology graduates is around 6.5 LPA.

There is no need of filling out two separate application forms for B.Tech and B.Sc admissions through CUET. 

When filling out the application form one have the option to select multiple programs and universities and can choose the programs which one wants to, and the respective universities will consider the application based on scores of CUET.

Kamaguru College of Technology (KCT) has a strong placement record of around 85-90% of students getting placed. Kamaguru College of Technology provides a decent beginner's salary, a package of 4 lac per annum. It offers decent placement opportunities for B.Tech Biotechnology graduates, The highest salary package offered can range from 15-20 LPA and the lowest salary package offered ranges from 2.5-3 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 4-5 LPA. Some reputable companies who does visits are, Wipro, Amazon, HCL, Accenture, Verizon, Bosch, SAP, and Decathlon, recruit from KCT.
