Admission to BTech programme is granted based on score obtained by eligible candidates in COMEDK/ AIEEE/ JEE Main. For Karnataka state candidates, KCET score is considered by the institute for granting admission.

You have to score 70 percent marks in class 12 with PCM and English as your subject in class 12. Then you must score 95 to 97 percentile in JEE Mains or must score 120 to 150 marks in thier entrance for B.Tech admission
If you score around 120 then you will get a basic core engineering branch like Computer Science and IT or ECE if you score between 135 to 150 mark.

Yes, you can get admission to University College of Engineering, Kakinada for B.Tech with 60% in Class 12th. The college accepts scores from the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET for admission to the B.Tech program. Candidates must take one of the entrance tests, such as JEE Main or the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, to be admitted to the B.Tech program.
