Eco-friendly campus with good peers and teachers. Naturally calming place.
Placements: 98 percent students from our seniors were placed. They have got packages of 4 LPA to 8 LPA as beginners. Our top recruiters are 6D, Armia, etc. Our seniors have done government internships and internships provided by IITs. The companies will give you training and development.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are very friendly. They help you in every situation. They will teach you all the things starting from the basics. They will let you know about the internships, placements, and will guide you in your projects. Smart classrooms are present. Full-time free Wi-Fi is available inside the campus. Very large library with all the books you need. Decent hostel rooms with 3-4 double-decker beds in a room. It has everything students need. There are 4 buildings for 4 years to maintain the pace. The food menu can be changed after discussing it in the meeting. We support sports and arts. We have annual sports and cultural meets. KTU is the university.
Faculty: The teacher is helpful and qualified for the position. He/She gives you notes for your exams and teaches you very well so that you can score good grades in your exams. Because of the teaching methods of the teachers, the semester exams are easy. Anybody can crack it.

Study with nature and learn by experience.
Placements: About 60% of students are placed in our college. The highest package is 10 lakhs per annum. Top companies are 6D, Armia, TCS, TVS, Mahindra, Experion, EFC, and we have many internship opportunities provided by our placement offices in our campus. The college is good for providing placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi labs with systems are provided. We have a vast library. The quality of food in the hostel is very good. An amount of 5k is charged as the average hostel fee. Bed. and other facilities like tables and almirahs are provided in the hostel, so it’s easy for the students to live in good conditions.
Faculty: We have very well-qualified teachers, and the faculty are good in teaching. Students have good grades in examinations. The curriculum that we follow is the 2019 scheme, and it contains more theoretical knowledge. Practical knowledge is less compared to other syllabi.
Other: The best thing about this college is nature. It provides a good environment for education.

A silent college for a silent life.
Placements: Placements were okay but not great compared to other colleges in Kerala. The same companies came every year, and 90% of them were IT companies. The average package of placements in my college was around 3-5 LPA. The college doesn't provide any help in finding internships.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure looks beautiful with a well-maintained garden area. Classrooms, library, labs, and all were also good. The canteen was not that great, but it was okay for this number of students. The playground was in very bad condition, and there was no college gym.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and have good knowledge in their respective fields. But I personally think the curriculum was a little outdated and needed a few changes based on trends in job sectors. There were 5 subjects in every semester, and for each subject, there were 2 internal exams and 1 final exam, and it was manageable.
Other: There were only 300-450 total students, so campus life was very boring, and there were only a few college fests, which were not that great when compared to what other colleges have.

Absolutely a good college with lots of experiences.
Placements: More than 80 percent of students are getting placed every year. The package ranges from 1.5 LPA to 7 LPA. 6D Technology, Aremia Soti, etc. are the top recruiting companies. Internship opportunities are also provided by the college and more than 50 percent of students got internships.
Infrastructure: All the departments are providing practical sessions but it must be improved much more. The food and accommodations are also fine in the hostel. The hostel fees are around 50,000 per year and for this price, it's okay. Medical insurance is also provided for the students, faculty members and staff of the college .
Faculty: All the teachers are well trained and most of them are Ph.D. qualified, while the rest are M.Tech graduates. The course curriculum is relevant and the classes are going well. Exams are a little bit difficult, but they can be cracked with hard work. Difficulty mainly occurs while cracking core subjects but theory papers can be easily cracked.
Other: Personally, I am interested in machines learning and it's working so I chose mechanical engineering as my core. Events and fests are superb and they must be experienced at least once. Scholarships are also provided, such as those from Egrantz, NSP, etc.

Review of College of Engineering, Munnar.
Placements: The percentage of students getting placed is probably about 95%. The lowest package was about 1.5 lacs per annum and the highest one was about 7.5 lacs per annum. The top recruiters are SOTI, IBM, 6D, UST, and Ashok Leyland. 50% of students got internships. The top role offered is that of manager.
Infrastructure: As a CSE student, I will admit that the college doesn't have a permanent projector or touch-screen digital Monitor for every batch of students. But as of other sort of facilities, they are very vast, as we have very good computer labs and network labs, which helps efficiently in our studies. We have a better hostel facility compared to any other colleges under Kerala Technical University. a perfect mess with less than 5,000 per month. -Sports and games are supported by college authority and Annual sports meet will be conducted in college every academic year .
Faculty: All the faculty members are very knowledgeable and qualified. They are helpful at every stage. As a means of study, they could help us achieve a lot with a lot of support. The number of students is the only problem for the course; it's all about our own skills. Semester exams are professionally tough exams going on, with 40% marks being the minimum marks in the written exam and 50% in total, including internal marks.
Other: Computer Science and artificial intelligence are the growing economies in programming field. As I am interested in Korean computer-based things, I chose this course. Most industries are ready to recruit students for my course. We have more practical training with real-world knowledge than base studies .

Average college in a heavenly location.
Placements: Around 52% of students were placed in our batch with top recruiters like Ashok Leyland, TCS, UST Global, etc. The average package was 2.8 lacs CTC. The roles offered were software developer, implementation engineer, telecaller, quality assurance engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average, with average facilities in hostels and colleges. The hostels are not properly painted and maintained. Food is good, with mess committees maintained by students. Libraries are rarely used. Wi-Fi is provided by the Kerala government throughout the campus.
Faculty: 40% of the faculty are averagely educated. The college, though, provides good skill development programs to cope with this. Various organizations, like IEEE, ACSES, and MESTAS, are available here. These organizations, along with course study, make the students industry-ready.
Other: The best thing about this college is the climate of Munnar, which makes us energetic to seek more. The campus crowd is smaller, with around 300 students per year.
