The total seat intake offered by MITCORER for BTech programme across various specialisations is 260. The seat distribution for various specialisations is given below: 

  • B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering: 60
  • B.Tech. in Civil Engineering: 30
  • BTech in Computer Science and Engineering: 90
  • BTech in mechanical Engineering: 60

Candidates can check the eligibility and selection criteria of these specialisations on the official website of the college. The application form is live to apply for the programmes.

Candidates seeking admission to BTech programme offered by MITCORER Barshi must have a minimum of 45% aggregate in Class 12 with Physics and Chemistry as a part of their main subjects. A concession of 5% is given to candidates belonging to the reserved category. The eligibility criteria also varies for candidates who belong to Maharashtra, are J & K migrants, or are NRIs or foreign nationals. With considering 60% in 12th PCM, we can go for  private colleges like Greater Noida College (GNCT), which is affiliated with AKTU and offers a B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence program, as a very good option for admission to a B.Tech AI&ML course with reasonable charges and perfect studying Atmosphere; other potential options include SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chandigarh University etc.

The salary for BTech Petroleum Engineering freshers in India depends on a lot of factors like academic record, skill set, internship experience, company location, etc. Initially, you can get approximately INR 4 LPA to INR 6 LPA after completing the BTech Petroleum Engg. course.
As you earn a few years of experience in the field, you can easily earn between INR 6 LPA and INR 10 LPA at the mid-senior level. For senior-level positions, the salary can go up to INR 15 LPA. Recruiters pay more to people who have the right set of skills and experience and help in their business growth.
