As you have a good rank in the VIT integrated course and 98% in PCM, you should prioritize VIT campuses in the following order:
VIT Vellore (Category 1)
VIT Chennai (Category 1)
Other VIT campuses (depending on availability and preferred branch)
While prioritizing campuses, also consider the specific branches you are interested in and choose the campus where you have a higher chance of getting your desired branch based on the available seats. VIT Vellore is the top campus of VIT, and that should be prioritized first.

It is your personal choice. If you don't have more options then you can go to this college. B.Tech from CSE is a good choice as the market is fully open for such courses. There will be fewer hardships for you to get placed compared with core courses.
B.Tech CSE from Saptagiri College is a good choice. It has the highest package of 10 LPA and average package of 5 LPA in Indian rupees. Its location is a big factor. The placements percentage is quite high i.e 90%. Infrastructure, library facilities, and campus life are good here.
