For admission to BTech at NIT Andhra Pradesh, students must pass Class 12 with 75% aggregate with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with any one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject (for SC/ST, 65% aggregate is required). It is manadatory for students to qualify the eligibility criteria set by the institute for the BTech programme.

The course fee for BTech Nanotechnology differs from one college to another. Apart from the tuition fee, the BTech Nanotechnology course fee may include additional amount like the accommodation fee for hostel (if you're living far away from home), semester exam fee, lab work fee, and other charges. For getting admission to the BTech in Nanotechnology course at popular colleges, you should start by checking their eligibility criteria and making sure you meet the same. Usually, the minimum B Tech Nanotechnology eligibility is getting 50 to 60% marks in Class 12 board exams.
