The cut off was 14970 for General category candidates in All India quota for BTech + M.Tech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in IIT Bhubaneswar - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 21645 was the closing rank. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

The cutoff ranks for BTech in Mechanical Engineering + M.Tech in Manufacturing Engineering at IIT Bhubaneswar for students other than General category are - 4374 for OBC, 2306 for SC, 1025 for ST, 1756 for EWS. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female

PTU BTech 2025 counselling will start in soon. There will be two rounds of counselling. The candidate has to pay Counselling Fee of Rs. 2,000/- (Non-Refundable) to participate in Centralized Online Counselling. : The candidate must carry all the related document(s) at the time of reporting / admission, based on which he/she is participating in Centralized Online Counselling and claiming the seat, otherwise, the provisionally allotted seat will be cancelled and candidate will have no right to claim the seat again.

The aspirant's performance in Class 12 along with their JEE Main scores and ranks are considered for admission to the BTech courses. Additionally, the student must also meet the minimum eligibility criteria. Eligible candidates with a valid JEE Main score can further fill out the IKGPTU application form online (ptu.ac.in). The university releases a merit list after the conclusion of the application process followed by which selected students are called for counselling.

NMIMS Mumbai (deemed-to-be University) offers all its BTech courses via Mukesh Patel School of Technology which is one of the most preferred campuses for placements among leading corporates. It has corporate linkages with over 300 companies which regularly conduct campus final placements and summer internship events at the campus. Also, associated to the brand name NMIMS, it is certainly a good option for BTech.

At the UG level, Pune University offers a full-time BTech programme. The duration of the programme is four years, spread across eight semesters. While BTech in Aviation is offered by SPPU at its main campus only, the BTech programme is offered in multiple specialisations through SPPU-affiliated colleges. Pune University BTech admission is subject to a valid score in Online Entrance Exam (OEE) conducted by the University. However, candidates with a valid score in JEE Main/ MHT CET are also considered for admission. Pune University BTech Agricultural Engineering admission is offered based on ICAR AIEEA scores. Candidates need to pass Class 12 from a recognised board with relevant subjects to apply for UniPune BTech admission. While BTech in Aviation is offered by SPPU on its main campus only, BTech programme is offered in multiple specialisations through SPPU-affiliated colleges. Read more here
