According to NIRF reports 2023, 378 UG students are placed and the median pacakge offered is INR 4 LPA. Prominent recruiters in SLIET recruitments are - GOOGLE, MAHINDRA, AMAZON, BYJU'S, RELIANCE etc. B.Tech placements at Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET) are good. During the 2022 placement drive, SLIET concluded with 358 placements, and the number of students  placed increased by 110.6% as compared to the previous year. The highest salary offered during the placement drive was INR 18 LPA, and the median salary stood at INR 4.1 LPA.
