Medicaps is alot better than LNCT, nice environment, but attendance is must and assignments, these two are kind of drawbacks and teachers are quite good (IT, CS, EC)

Hi, for admission to B.Tech programme at Assam Don Bosco University, a minimum of 45% aggregate marks is reqired. A Diploma or a B.Sc. Degree from an AICTE approved University is also mandatory. At least 50% in the aggregate and 50% in the aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates should have appeared for JEE, any State Entrance test or the Don Bosco University Graduate Entrance Test (DBU-GET). One who had passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology examination with atleast 50% marks are accepted here. for admission of lateral entry, A minimum of 60% agrregate in dipoma degree in relevant subjects such as Agric

No, you will not get any NIT for BTech. However I'll suggest you to opt for some private college entrance exams so that you get a good college with a good branch.
Also, you haven't mentioned your category but if your'e from Pwd then there is some chances that you'll be getting.
So, try for some other colleges for BTech.

The university offers only one Graduation course of Computer Science for B.Tech. Duration of this course is 4 years as a full time course. As you have not mentioned your home state and whether you want college in your state or in any state of India so lets talk about all over India.
Talking about IIT, I see very less possibility of getting CSE or any branch with your rank. But NITS looks promising to you. Previous year NIT's cutoff show that you have chance to get seat in NI with CSE branch. Maximum NIT's of northen states have cutoff below 36k. So congratulations, you have a fair chances in NIT.
