As per the recent stats, around 202 PG 2 year Agriculture students participated in placement drive, within which, 125 received packaged successfully, marking the median package of worth INR 4.22 LPA. Similarly, among 1,180 UG 4-year Agriculture students, 811 received placement packages, marking the median package of INR 3.19 LPA. M.Tech graduates, on the other hand, received a median package of INR 4.28 LPA.
The university offers four-year full-time BE/BTech courses in various specialisations on-campus and through affiliated colleges. In addition, apart from the regular BE degree, Annamalai University also offers part-time BE courses covering four specialisations. BE Lateral entry courses are also available. Admission to the UG courses is based on merit, seats are further allotted to the shortlisted candidates through TNEA counselling. Some of the specialisations in which the course is offered are Chemical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering and Electrical & Electronics Engineering, which have been accredited by the NBA with an ‘A’ Grade.
