Based on the search results, with a CRL rank of 475749 and OBC PWD category, it is unlikely that you will be able to secure admission to the top-ranked NITs or IITs for B.Tech. However, you can consider NITs that have a lower cut-off rank for your category. Some of the NITs that you can consider are NIT Rourkela, NIT Durgapur, NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, etc.

There are two ways through which a candidate can get admission to the second year of B.Tech programme at SIT:
- Lateral Entry: Candidates who have completed their Diploma Course/ Diploma in vocational Course from any recognised Polytechnic College, passed Diploma in Vocational stream in the same or allied sector as per AICTE norms, or passed B Sc Degree from a recognised university as defined by UGC with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) and passed H.S.C with mathematics as a subject as per AICTE norms can apply for lateral entry to the second year of B.Tech programme at SIT.
