No. All candidates are required to fill out their choice of colleges and courses during the WBJEE counselling. Candidates will not be allowed to advance into the WBJEE seat allotment process if they have not selected their colleges and courses in the order of preference. All of the selection has to be done and submitted before the final date. Since WBJEE seat allotment will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability, the candidates will have to carefully select their choices during the counselling process.

The Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU Delhi) fee for the B.Tech course is INR 5.85 Lacs. At the undergraduate level, the Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University offers three-year BBA B.A. B.Com B.Sc. BCA and BMS and four-year B.Tech courses to students. Admission to Diploma and postgraduate courses is made based on entrance exam scores and merit.
