Hello Sumit Vats, the admissions in all the engineering colleges of Uttar Pradesh or done based on the performance of the students in JEE mains examination. 17000 was the rank that is approximately at which the admissions to this branch closed last year. This year also it is expected that similar ranking will prevail. There is another way a little around about one that you can use to predict what could be the closing rank this year for your desired branch in this college. For that you should use the college predictor for JEE mains examination developed by Shiksha and the link for which I am giving below. You start in putting different

Hello Prashant Kushwah, to tell you frankly the admissions in the branch of computer Science engineering is quite tough and one needs to be in the top percentile to think of getting admission. This is so because almost every student gives this branch as the first choice and the seats are always limited in number. To help you and the students in similar situation Shiksha has come out with a college predictor based on the JEE Mains examination results so that students across India and particularly in the states where this exam

So, basically from your question I guess that you're aiming for private colleges like Vit, Bits, etc. So let's do the math for calculating the money required for completion of your B.Tech degree. Annual Income=10Lac/annum X 4 years=40Lac
College Fees for 4 years=20 lac (assume)
You can at least save 25% of the annual Income, if you are able to save 50% it is fantastic, as it is going to be used productively.
25% of 40Lac=10Lac=50%of the whole college fees. Remaining amount you can take loan or manage. And remember, you are not going to pay all the fees in advance. It will be paid either semester wise or annually. Don't think about the m

Hello Chandu Krishna, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in the branch of computer sciences engineering for your graduation. Normally speaking almost every student who wishes for an admission in an engineering college gives this branch as the first choice. As a result of this the closing ranks for the closing percentiles are extremely high in almost all the colleges across India be it IIT or NIT or even the local engineering colleges. As a rule of thumb one needs to score more than a percentile of 99.5 to get a seat in computer sciences engineering even in Sastra deemed to be university. Best wishes to you.
