According to a response on Shiksha. Com, you can get admission to ITER with CSE if you score a minimum of 95percentile in JEE Mains and this is also possible

VITEEE cutoffs vary for every category, course and campus of VIT. According to the previous years cutoffs, you cannot receive a CSE branch in any category with a rank of 31340 However, you may get an IT, ECE, EE, or civil branch in category 4 or category 5. Hello Mohit Shrivastav, it's a very interesting and at the same time intriguing query that you have raised. Of course the answer is quite simple. Every state has its own criteria for domicile for any student. Of course in majority of the cases it depends on the domicile of the parents. As an example a student may complete his 10th in one state and 12th in another state but if the student's parents are say are from the armed forces and they are domiciled in Maharashtra then the students domicile will be considered as that of Maharashtra in spite of the fact that he has done his 10th and 12th from different states all together. The cutoff information for the academic year 2021-22 is not yet available on the official website of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University (DDU Gorakhpur) as the admission process for the current academic year is still ongoing.
However, based on the previous year's cutoffs, the closing rank for admission to B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at DDU Gorakhpur was around 25000-28000 for the General category. The closing rank for candidates belonging to OBC, SC, and ST categories was relatively lower, at around 40000-45000.
It is important to note that the cutoffs for admission to B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at DDU

The cutoff for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham varies every year depending on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, etc. The cutoff for 2023 is not yet available as the admission process is still ongoing. However, you can check the previous year's cutoff for reference. The cutoff for 2022 was rank 20000. At the undergraduate level, UPES Dehradun offers four to five-year BE/B.Tech, three to four-year BBA B.Sc. B.Com B.A. And various other courses to students. Yes, UPES Dehradun is good for B.Tech Computer Science. The university is ranked 54 under the Engineering category by NIRF 2023.
