It depends on your state of domicile and how much financial backing you have .
In state level colleges, you may get CSE with this percentile, with home state quota.
Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) , has decent govt colleges at Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur etc and it also gives admission on the basis of JEE Main. Here 15% seats are for outside candidates. Even 90 percentile in JEE main can fetch you a seat there.
Similarly admission to GGSIP University, Delhi, is by your JEE Main rank. Here there are 3 -4 decent colleges, USICT, MSIT, MAIT etc. Fee is much less, when compared to other private colleges. Your entire B Tech course fe

Well considering CET this year was tougher than last year, 130 is a decent score or rather pretty good . I think you might get VJTI textile or even production and Coep meta or production till the last cap round. I wud suggest you will definitely get VJTI textile so go for it and try for a branch change after next year (You need 9 and more pointer and is more based on luck so it has a bit of risk).

With this rank 62727, I think you should go for CSE in ASEC. ASEC is a decent college for CSE with decent faculty and placements. It is much better than Asansol and I am sure about it.
Now if you think of going for higher studies you can join AEC but do remember ASEC will have the proximity of Kolkata which might help in getting better coaching for GATE or CAT etc.

Scoring rank 21429 is actually too high to get into CSE branch in DSCE. If you will check the previous years closing rank for CSE it will hardly lie between 4000 to 5000. For this rank you May try for other college CSE branch like jain college, Don Bosco. But if you really want to get into DSCE then you can try for DSATM which is the other branch of DSCE. You will get the same opportunity of placement. Since the placement drive will be held in the main campus that is in DSCE itself. You May go for branches like IS, IT EEE in DSATM.
