There is no such big difference between course curriculum of B.tech CSE and CSE 3 continent program, but majorly i would say go for B.tech CSE as it gives more opportunity.

Yes, you can migrate to Amity 2nd year if you are in another university in first year, but you have to complete some credits before entering.

B.Tech in computer science and Engineering at MIT WPU in Pune seat intake is 180.

You can expect some lower NITs with lower branches also you have good chances of getting decent IITs with good branches so don't give up and participate actively in JoSAA.

With these marks it will be almost impossible to get admission in the college.
