Apart from studies if we see the college placement rate is 70% from the past few years. 2300+ placement offered by the college in 320+ MNCs to batch 2019 to B.Tech students overall 1200+ companies visited the campus whereby 17000+ placement offered with the highest package offered was 32 Lacs pa. key recruiters are Amazon, Microsoft, Wipro, tata consultancy services, HDFC bank, Indiamart, etc. The university has been doing great every year to give its students a good future. Hello! Ramitha G,. Madras Institute of Technology or MIT is affiliated to Anna University. Universities invariably offer degree of BE and institutions like IIT offer B.Tech. But let me assure you that, it makes absolutely no difference in your future life. For all purposes, both degrees are treated equally by the Industry as well as the academia. I would strongly advise you to not lose sleep over this totally insignificant issue. What is most important is the quality of faculty and perception of the institution outside it's premises. Hi, no, you cannot get the direct admission, you have to do the following.
Admission for BBA and BCA courses is based on the CET examination conducted by the Institute. B.Tech courses are offered at MSIT to students with seven specializations. Candidates applying for B.Tech courses must have passed 10+2 in PMC with 45% marks.
