Let me name a few of them: a) On the basis of previous two years' qualification b) On the basis of National Level Test c) On the basis of LPU NEST d) On the basis of Sports, Culture, etc. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering is related with algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software, etc. It is a comprehensive course in computer systems and applications. The students who pursue the course of Computer Science Engineering are taught about design, the implementation as well as management of computer software and hardware.
1 Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020. As per LP {U policy you can avail scholarship of 30-35% bracket with 88%, however, you can avail better scholarship if you give the LPU NEST exam and score well in LPU NEST. You can waive off up to 90% of fees. LPU offers scholarships in the various categories:-
The first and foremost category is that a student can avail of the scholarship on the basis of his/her previous qualification or previous to the previous qualification which should be a minimum of 70 percent. For instance, if a student is applying for a bachelor's degree, LPU will be considering the 12th mark or 10th mark whichever will be higher. From all the above-mentioned whichever is higher will be applicable. The fee structure depends upon the scholarship application, as the scholarship amount is reduced from the fee every semester. For the B.Tech Computer Science programme the fee per semester is 98000 from which the scholarship amount will be reduced every semester.
