Looking at the three courses, the best option will B.E. / B.Tech. B.Tech will definitely provide you with a placement. Looking at the other two courses, they will provide you with a job if you do Masters in those courses.

First of all, you have to take admission in those college which provides the study exchange programme with the foreign countries if you want to study at low cost
This is one of the best options to study in South Korea
