From my suggestion you should go for paraul University. The placement scenario for CSE branch is good there. You can get something new there.

Every university have their own merits but being a part of LPU will be able to share the details of placements in a much effective manner. Even during this unprecedented time of COVID almost 7200+ offers were generated and still there is more to come. There are around 1000+virtual placement events that are conducted so far. Around 285+ companies offered dream CTC of 5 Lac per annum to 10 Lac per annum
62+ companies offered super dream CTC of 10 LPA and above. LPU students have secured offers from Amazon at a dream package of up to Rs. 30 Lac per annum. Other students pursuing internships with Amazon, may be extended full-time positions

I would like to recommend i you should download college predictors available for JEE Mains examination. These predictors can tell you as to at what ranking different branches and at different nit's student can get admission.

Hello T Sharath Kumar, I am afraid to tell you that distance education for professional which includes Bachelor of engineering is not allowed in india at least at the moment. As you have completed you are Diploma I can advice you to go for a mi e certification which is equivalent to engineering graduation for all purposes. Best wishes to you.
