Hello, when a state is conducting common entrance examination for giving admissions on lateral admission mode to Diploma holders for admission directly into second year of engineering courses then such CET will normally be common across different branches. Best wishes to you.

Hello Rakesh Kumar, I am afraid that the concept of lateral admission directly into the second year of 4 year degree course is apparently available only in India. However if you know positively that it's available abroad that too to an Indian Diploma holder, please let me know. Having said this, you can always seek admission abroad in an undergraduate studies in engineering based on your Diploma. However since admissions abroad are based on many factors besides academic performance, I would strongly recommend that you should approach an agency that is dealing with sending students abroad for the undergraduate studies. Hello Madala Hruday, for getting admission in an engineering college in Germany there is no need to appear for JEE Advanced or any such similar entrance exams in India. Having said this, admissions abroad are not based exclusively on academic performance but are based on a host of many other criteria. In view of this I would strongly recommend that you should approach an agency that is dealing with sending students to Germany for undergraduate studies in engineering. This is so since they will be knowing all the requirements of a successful application and get this completed from you. Best wishes to you.
