There are law courses wherein admission is given only after graduation in any subject. There are famous jurists who did graduation in different subjects and then turned towards law. You just need to download brochure from a reputed institution, go through it, follow procedure and begin your journey to become law graduate. Best wishes to you.

Please take clarification from your college. As different colleges consider different rules. Swayam people transfer credits to the course you have done to the college. College have to take decision whether to consider multiple sem subjects credits at once or not.

You need to go to the college in which you were admitted and while pursuing studies there you decided to take a break. You have to apply to the college and seek admission in particular semester.
