Hello Naveen Kumar, whether it's ME or M.Tech it should not matter. Both are deemed to be same. Exactly on the lines that BE or B.Tech are similar. As far as employers are concerned, they treat both as same. It's actually how an institution gets formed decides which degree it can award. You can get exhaustive information in wiki or Google.
