Currently as per now I would suggest B.Tech CSE as its covering all possible emerging technologies required in corporate and IT industry but if your interested AI and Ml then you can opt for specialisation in the B.Tech CSE AI ML which mainly focus Practical learning of Machine learning and artificial intelligence which will help you to make your career in that field apart from being just B.Tech CSE engineering based careers.

It's good if you are good at coding or you have an interest in programming then you'll surely get an excellent placement from the branch. My friend recently grabbed a 90k per month internship from the software engineering branch. So, Definitely, his placement will be much higher than the internship stipend.
