You have not write about the course level. However, B.A. (Journalism and Mass Communication) of three years duration can be done after 10+2 with minimum 50% of marks with English. While the M.A. (Journalism and Mass Communication) of two years of duration can be done after the Graduation with minimum 50% of marks. Therefore, you can do B.A. (Journalism and Mass Communication) course on the basis of your 12th score.

If you have completed Diploma in Engineering, then B.Tech lateral and part time are the options. AMIE is another option recognised by MHRD. BE / B.Tech part time or distance courses are not valid as per AICTE guidelines. Hence, never pursue them.

The best for you would be to browse through the website of MIT and check the details. As I know that the site of Lovely Professional University, gives the details of all the courses and also the fee structure and eligibility. So best for you would be to check from the website for eligibility.

HCL Tech Bee Early Career programme is a great career option for 10+2 students. While on their job with HCL, students can pursue higher education courses offered like B.Sc. (Design & Computing) or M.Sc. / Tech from BITS Pilani - Birla Institute of Technology and Science or BCA / MCA from SASTRA Deemed University.

BFIT does have B.Sc in Biotechnology and It is a 3 years long graduation course which has 6 semesters. It is affiliated to HNBGU which is a well-known university which affiliates many other colleges. Doing B.E. /B.Tech courses through distance mode is not valid as per AICTE guidelines. Hence, never pursue it. It's better to do AMIE recognised by MHRD of India.

The eligibility criteria in CDS are varying according the Academy/Wings. The eligibility criteria of various Academies are given below.
1. Indian Military Academy (IMA) : Degree of a recognised University or equivalent. Age Limit and Marital status: 19-24 years (Unmarried)
2. Indian Naval Academy (INA) : Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/Institution
