Harsh according to my opinion as I SEE your JEE percentile and 12th percentage is really good. So I would like to suggest that first try for IIT, if you get the admission that's really good, if not then look for NIT or DTU, because these colleges and universities are really good in terms of education quality, infrastructure, and off course placements records are also remarkable.

First there is no category for caste reservations in sastra. Every seat is allocated on basis of rank given by sastra which is calculated by 75% of board mark and 25% of JEE marks. With the given details it is difficult for you to get into CSE in sastra but even tough try in counselling if you are lucky enough you can get it.

Hi Vaibhavi, I am afraid, if Wiz Institute is recognised or not. LPU is an institution which will do not accept any and recognised University/Institute/college. For more and better information you should visit their website or you can call at the toll free number once again and enquire deeply whether Wiz Institute is recognised or not. All the best.
