Hi Shivang, Normally in India - you can change your college/university in 3rd year only on medical or transfer grounds. Otherwise colleges can be changed only in the first year itself, through internal sliding between the colleges. Very few International Universities accept any transfer students. Second, most of those colleges will Require you to spend at Least two school years at the college in order to receive a Bachelor's degree from their college. Therefore, you will Start as a junior at those colleges that accept transfers or revert to a Sophomore and spend an extra year. Additionally, there is no guarantee for how many of your credits they will accept, plus you must get credit for their mandatory courses, which is why a lot of transfer students will Lose a Year. Additionally, it is Far Harder to be accepted as a transfer student (US or international) at the elite private colleges than it is to be accepted as a Freshman, because so few students leave those colleges and there are very few openings. I would suggest you would be much better off - finishing off your undergraduate work (Bachelors) and then applying to the schools as a graduate student for PG courses.
