Admission in all the UG courses of this institution is done on the basis of admission policy of Technical Education & Skill Development Department of Government of Madhya Pradesh. As per the present policy admission in these courses are being done on the basis of All India Ranking (AIR) of the candidate in the JEE Examination of that year. Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech CSE :
1. 10+2 (English Medium) examination conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education or equivalent examination from a recognized board in Science stream with an overall aggregate of minimum 60 %. Must appear in JEE 2019.
2. In case adequate students are not available in a discipline(s) a higher number can be filled in the discipline(s) which have a greater demand subject to the number of students not exceeding the total intake of all disciplines.

Yes, you can take admission in Amity University for computer science because I think the eligibility criteria is minimum 60% of marks in 12th standard and you have scored.

B.Tech in Surface Coating Technology is a relatively new course in the field of engineering, and hence only 2 institutes offer this programme in India as under.
1. ICT Mumbai
2. LIT Nagpur
Admission to the course in India is based on criteria that vary from institute to institute and/or State to State. Most colleges require candidates to qualify an entrance examination. Candidates currently appearing in or having completed 10+2 or equivalent qualification are eligible to appear for these entrance examinations. The course fee is LIT Nagpur is about Rs 28000/. While for ICT Mumbai, the first year fee is about Rs 85350/.
