You can't change your graduation subject to an entirely different one. Switching is possible in allied subjects. However, you can do a fresh BA in social sciences and then go for B.Ed.

Your Rank would change Either Your Percentile Score is Increases in the next attempt or Number of Student increases in the Next attempt, If the Number of Student Increases to 1400000 and Your percentile remain same then Your New rank would be 252000
As per Your current Performance you may be eligible for JEE Advance But the final cutoff will be released once the JEE Main April gets Over.
