If by "good" you mean providing best placements and uplifting the knowledge base, then yes, CGC Landran is a good college for B.Tech CSE. Believing that you want to stay in the engineering line for the long go, CGC would definitely become your mentor and guide you throughout the course. In my personal opinion, B.Tech + MBA doesn't make sense. They both are different stream courses. B.Tech is about technology and MBA is for management. You can also do MBA if you are not a Science student. But, you can't do engineering if you're not a Science student. Now, I would recommend you to first complete your engineering with CSE branch. Then, if you feel like doing MBA, write CAT and go for it.
