B.Sc+M.Sc+Ph.D (BT) is a science stream course available in all major arts and science colleges whereas B.E. / B.Tech. +M.Tech+Ph.D. (BT) is an engineering course (more applied) which is to be pursued in an engineering college/ technical university. Career prospects are different. Option: 2nd is better, but costlier than the earlier one.

Yes, you can. However, it is a waste of time if you take it after B.Tech. It's better that you take BHM after +2. There are a few institutes in Visakhapatnam. Sun Institute is the better one.

It depends on your personal interests and choice. Though B.Tech has more job opportunities, B.Sc physics graduates also earn a good salary. Whatever course you choose, it should be of your interest.

Hello Neil,
Of course, you are eligible to seek admission under lateral mode after completion of your Diploma. This is subject to other condition like age, etc. I feel you must apply immediately without wasting any time.
