The only institution with the same name I could find was for Management courses after a student has graduated. I am attaching a link of this just for information. I am afraid that getting admission for second year after passing of Diploma directly in a college is almost not possible these days. One needs to apply through the centralized admission process that most state governments have put in place. In the case of Tamil Nadu, Anna University is the agency, which is responsible for centralized admission process for the state government. Hence you need to register yourself on the web portal of Anna University for lateral admission. Best wishes to you.

Yes, but sometimes it depends on the institute you want to join, but most of the institute gives you the admission in second year after diploma before applying just have look about that .
