Hello Bhavesh, You are saying that in the first year itself you failed in 5 subjects and then left the college after taking TC. Now you are seeking admission in an Engineering College once again. You have not mentioned the timelines. Normally there is a window of 2 to 3 years of passing 12th that you can seek admission in an engineering college. Be that as it may, I would like to advise you that engineering is not the only profession in life. In fact as per the report of Ministry of HRD of the Government of India more than 50% fresh graduates of Engineering could not find jobs last year. Thus indicating that the situation is not very r

Hello,
It is indeed very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing a postgraduate Masters program in management from one of the IIM's after completion of your graduation in engineering. I am attaching a link which will give you all the required information about the generic criterias applied by IIM's to give admission based on the common entrance exam called CAT. It's always good to go for graduation as the career options expand exponentially after graduation. I would have been happy to help you in telling you the procedure and the course fees for the university that you are mentioning if only you had mentioned it. However in general I can tell you that the procedure for lateral admission is different for each state of India. In some States the Directorate of Techni

B.Tech has a lot of scope. Don't believe in the rumours that B.Tech are jobless. It's not if you have done from a good college and yes branch also matters. If you are a CSE ECE IT graduation with good skills and knowledge that definitely you will get placed in a good MNC. If you are saying except government sector. CSE IT ECE or any branches with knowledge of technology, CSE subjects can easily be placed in MNCs with decent packages.

I won't give a list here. But I would suggest always aim for high. The colleges :
IITs. NITs. BITS Pilani
BIT Mesra
IIIT ( Indian institute ) avoid new IIITs
IIIT ( International institute) Hyderabad, Bangalore (Dual Degree ) are the best. These list are the best. No other colleges can beat these colleges as they are the brand names. Always aim for the central funded government colleges like the ones mentioned above. Though I have listed some private colleges but they are the best one can say.
Good luck.
