Maximum duration to pursue a B.Tech course is 7 years from the starting year, if you fall in that time frame, then it is possible, otherwise not.

High chances that you might not get a call from IIM-A even after excellent CAT score. There is only very less probability that you might get in.

If you study in a government highschool and be a district topper, you can get a free seat in B.Tech without writing VITEEE entrance. If not, in order to get a scholarship, you have to get less than 20k rank in VITEEE.

Most engineering colleges in Maharashtra charge around Rs. 80,000 - 1 lakh per year. Top institutes charge between the range of Rs 1.5 - 2.8 lakhs per year.
The course fee for B.Tech in Maharashtra is comparatively higher than any other undergraduate course due to its technical nature and reputation.
All the best.
