After B.Tech in computer Science, that won't be possible as basic eligibility to take admission in this course is graduation i.e. BE/B.Tech in aerospace or allied specializations. After M.Sc, you cannot join B.Tech, but you have a chance to join M.Tech, it's better you do Ph.D.
