Hello Madhur,
First of all, I would like to say that you never gets deviated, but you just tried a new less tried path. I think you should first decide whether you want to do a job or you want to study. In case of job, try in different companies who are hiring electronics students through LinkedIn or other similar platforms. Or, prepare for GATE which does led you to PSU's jobs. In case of study try to find your field of interest and proceed. Good luck.

AICTE approval is not necessary if you are studying in a deemed university or in a campus of university (not in its affiliated colleges) approved by UGC, then even if your course is not approved by AICTE, it will not create any problem. So deemed universities/universities campus does not require any AICTE approval before and even after year 2013.

The college has a separate entrance test called the VITEEE for admissions to Engineering branches. The fee depends upon the rank you get in the entrance exam, depending upon the ranks you get to choose the branches as well as the campus that you study in - since there are four branches of VIT.
